At Jornata, we foster an environment of obsessive learning.  We recognize that as service providers, our customers rely on us to deliver value - every day.  From a kickoff meeting with a company CFO to code reviews with an organization's development team, we stand ready to communicate, execute, and most importantly, inform.  This polish doesn't come easily.  We work very hard to ensure every Jornata employee is exposed to the right training, mentoring, and performance feedback to grow his or her business and technology consulting skills.  Our goal is to groom future technology leaders.  This requires exceptional business, communications, and technical skills.

At Jornata we don’t think of ourselves primarily as technology implementers.  We like to think of ourselves as smart people who understand what drives business performance - who happen to be excellent technologists.

We encourage, and reward, our employees for external-facing knowledge exchange.  You are likely to run into us at Microsoft User Group meetings as speakers.  You’ll probably find our blogs turning up in search results about our areas of expertise and the technologies with which we work.  We try not to be proprietary with what we know.  We’ve found that by sharing, customers come to us because they have found our knowledge to be of value before they have ever met us.

  

 

What's In a Name?
Jornata, loosely translated in Latin, means "a day's journey."
