What types of services do we provide?

Strategy - Working with the appropriate executive team representatives, we offer assessment and recommendations for the effective use of performance dashboards as well as collaboration and automation tools.   We focus on the pervasive challenges that nearly all organizations face – the lack of business visibility, business accountability, business efficiency, knowledge sharing and communication.  The deliverables from this type of engagement are usually a formal strategy document, a working prototype or proof of concept, and an executive-level presentation.

Development - We're technologists and we love to write code.  Our senior staff can guide a customer from whiteboard through deployment, offering prototypes via rapid application development and final delivery of well-documented source code.  The deliverable from this type of engagement is usually a custom application, custom web part, or fully-functional executive dashboard.

Implementation - There's a middle ground between strategy and development where many people need help leveraging the native functionality of a Microsoft product.  Our staff can help you design and implement a corporate intranet or customer extranet, working shoulder to shoulder with you to deliver results with real-time knowledge transfer.  In addition, we offer end user training and post-deployment support.
